Today, November 27th, is #GivingTuesday. On this Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center is inviting you to give back to nonprofits.

As a not for profit organization we are participating in Giving Tuesday.

We encourage you to join us in our mission and donate. Any amount donated ensures that we might continue to connect individuals with the the beauty and diversity of creation. A donation also sustains our efforts to provide naturally grown vegetables to those experiencing food insecurity.

Join us on this Giving Tuesday and give back!

Wednesday (11/14), Thursday (11/15), and Friday (11/16) are our final days for open visitation this year. We will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

If you’ve been putting off walking the meditation trail and labyrinth, why not bundle up and come out for a visit! If it has been a while since you have visited us, why not drop in and bask in the beauty of the fall season.

We do ask that you stop by the barn and let us know that you are here. Feel free to call at (614) 866-4302 so we know to expect you.

The suggested donation is $2 per visitor.

The annual bazaar will take place at St. Paul Catholic Curch & School on November 17th from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm. St. Paul is located at 61 Moss Rd in Westerville, OH.

Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center will be represented at the bazaar. You’ll find our basil garlic vinegar, crocheted potholders & critters, wood cutting boards, and more! We will even have be some of our 2018 maple syrup (collected, boiled, and bottled on site) available for purchase at the bazaar.

There will be over 100 vendors and we hope to see you there!

Day of Prayer for Peace: Retreat Day

Give yourself the gift of some time away from day to day busyness to enjoy the beauty of the earth community and our place in it. Peace on earth begins with us. There will be prayer, reflection, time to walk and be quiet. A simple lunch of soup and bread will be included. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes as part of this program will be outside.
