Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center brings people together to reconnect, repair, and restore. Proceeds will benefit land-based experiences in spirituality, education, art, and restoration that heal our relationship with Earth and one another. Through environmental education, food pantry gardens, and forest and wetland restoration, we take action to repair harm and renew community. With the support of folks like you, Shepherd’s Corner has donated 53,831 pounds of fresh, naturally grown produce over the last 18 years. Your steps in this 5K help restore the land, nourish neighbors, and ensure this healing work continues for generations.
We are asking 5K participants to bring shelf stable food items to add to our food pantry donation box!
About our course:
The course is ALL-TERRAIN, participants will race over meadow trails, alongside natural gardens, by wetlands, and through wooded paths.

In submitting this entry, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs,
executors, and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all
rights and claims for damages I have or may have against the organizers of this
event, Shepherd’s Corner, the event principals, its employees, its volunteers, all
sponsors and their representatives for any and all claims and damages, demands
actions whatsoever in any manner, as a result of my participation in the Shepherd’s Corner 5K,
including travel to and from the event. I hereby consent to medical
treatment in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during the event.
I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my name
and likeness in any broadcast, telecast, video or print media reporting or
advertising of the event without compensation. If you are under 18, a parent
or legal guardian must sign this form.
