Proceeds will benefit Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center’s environmental education programs, land and water conservation projects, and our efforts to provide fresh, naturally grown produce for those in need. An ongoing project of Shepherd’s Corner is the creation of a wetland area that is visible from the racecourse. Over the past 17 years, Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center has donated over 49,443 pounds of naturally grown produce to local food pantries. For our fifth year we will be partnering with From Scratch Farm to support local agriculture while providing those in need with fresh produce.

More information about this year’s 5K Fun Run/Walk, including prize distribution information, can be found here.
