As we walk our Labyrinth this evening in the midst of Winter cold let us be mindful of the warmth that lies within each of us.
We have our body warmth of 98.6 degrees. As we walk be mindful of this warmth.
We have the warmth of our thoughts for family and friends. As we walk be mindful of the warmth we feel for others.
We have warmth in the air even in these frigid times. As we walk be mindful of the warmth in our atmosphere.
We have the warmth of the planet experienced in geothermal terms. As we walk be mindful of the warmth that lies beneath.
As we walk become mindful of the warmth, we have for ourselves. Can we be warmed by our own goodness of heart?
Labyrinth walks are times for quiet reflection. Due to their nature, silent walking is encouraged. Our labyrinth is located on Wengert Road, at the second drive to the right. Please wear comfortable shoes. Everyone is welcome! No previous meditation experience or experience walking labyrinths is required.
