It is important to get rid of the heaviness and inertia that builds inside us as we leave the winter months behind. With Ayurvedic teas and a yoga practice to heat and getting us moving, we will feel lighter and more energized to face the warmer month ahead. We will be sampling some teas that are non-caffeinated and loaded with healing spices. Recipes will be available, and you will be taking your own personalized tea home with you.
We will be doing a yoga practice that is appropriate for this season of kapha, so wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat. We will have some mats and props available too. All are welcome.
