Maple Syrup Tours: Booking in 2021
Due to the rise in temperatures our (quite short) 2021 maple season has come to a close. If we were unable to join us on a tour this year we hope to see you next year!
Maple Syrup Tours: 2021
New for 2021 Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center will be offering small group maple sugaring tours. These tours, which will be two hours in length, have a capacity of 8 participants and will cost $50 per group. Due to the weather dependent nature of maple season we will begin booking in late winter 2021.
Learn about maple sugaring from tree sap out the tap, to syrup on your pancakes. Come see our boiling process, and taste our syrup, and more! We kindly ask that all attendees wear masks.
More information will be released on our website and Facebook as maple season approaches. Tours will most likely occur Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm with at least one Saturday option.
Led by Miranda Land & Dustin McQuade, Staff and Shepherd’s Corner volunteers.
Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center is an outreach of The Dominican Sisters of Peace.
