Mark your calendars! Here are our upcoming December programs. We hope you'll join us out at Shepherd's Corner for them!

First Friday Hikes
December 1st
1st Fridays from 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Cost: $5

Join us the first Friday of the month as we discuss seasonal topics and take a walk in the woods. Come learn with us and explore! Walk is as long as you would like it to be!

Late Fall Morning Walk

Tuesday, December 5th 7:30 am
Cost: $5
Registration is required.

Explore Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center’s trails on a crisp late fall morning before the season starts to change. Swing by the barn for a cup of coffee and a muffin. Head out to the woods to explore as the day begins.

Holiday Craft Sale
December 8th
9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Looking for special gifts this holiday season? Join us for an on-site sale of our crafts!

Our products and crafts will be available for purchase on site! Including bee smooth, basil garlic vinegar, lip balm, and more! Come shop & enjoy a late fall open to the public day! The meditation trail, as well as both labyrinths, will be open for use.

Cash, checks, and cards accepted.

Food Drive: We will be collecting donations of nonperishable food items for local food pantries! Ideas for donation: Peanut butter, jams & jellies, soup, canned meats, pasta, canned fruits, and canned veggies.

Small Estate Sale (December 7th and 8th): Shepherd's Corner Ecology Center will be hosting an estate sale for a dear friend of Shepherd's Corner. Estate sale items are separate from bazaar items. Payment for estate sale items can be made with cash, check, or Venmo. We will be unable to accept cards for items that are a part of the estate sale.

Winter Solstice: December Labyrinth Walk
Thursday, December 21st 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Suggested Donation: $5
Facilitated by Joy Lawrence, LMT & yoga instructor.

Spend the Winter Solstice at the labyrinth at Shepherd’s Corner Ecology Center.

Labyrinth walks are times for quiet reflection. Due to their nature, silent walking is encouraged. Our labyrinth is located on Wengert Road, at the second drive to the right. Please wear comfortable shoes. Everyone is welcome! No previous meditation experience or experience walking labyrinths is required.
