Applying the ancient wisdom of Yoga and her sister science Ayurveda, we will turn down the summer heat. Join us as we do a morning walk in the labyrinth, followed by learning how to make a season-appropriate Ayurvedic spiced tea in our barn. As the tea chills, we will do a one-hour yoga practice, consisting of yoga poses and breath work. We will enjoy some refreshing spiced tea at the end of our practice and walk away feeling cool, calm and collected.
Please bring your yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have them. We will have some provided for use too.
