Feel warm and more relaxed using the ancient practices of Ayurvedic tea making and Yoga for self-care, as another year comes to a close. The teas we will be making have no caffeine, just nature’s flavorful spices. They are used to help create heat, infuse calmness to our minds and aid in digestion. Recipes will be provided to take home with you.
Yoga poses, that help create a sense of wellbeing during the colder months, are just what we need to feel grounded and at peace. At the end of this Winter appropriate class, you will make your own spiced tea to take home with you. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and blocks. Yoga mats, blocks and blankets will be provided if you don’t have them.
