Cooling yoga poses and breathwork, followed by summer friendly teas (no caffeine), will leave you refreshed and ready to face the day. Take home recipes will be provided.
Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and a mat if you have one. We will also have some extra mats and props to use. All are welcome.
